Newly renovated, spacious, and clean apartment in a quiet, safe residential area. Strong WiFi and water pressure. Short walk from train station. Ideal base for exploring Cinque Terre region. Supermarket and various dining options nearby. Perfect for relaxation after a day of walking. Would gladly return.

The Soni Apartment in La Spezia exceeded our expectations. The newly renovated apartment was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The strong WiFi and water pressure made our stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful Cinque Terre. After a long day of walking, the apartment provided a peaceful retreat. We found a supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. we had a fantastic stay at the Soni Apartment in La Spezia and would highly recommend it.
While everything was great, we did find one small issue with the bathroom window. It was long and slim, opening on the toilet side instead of the shower side.

The apartment is modern, bright, and tastefully decorated. It is very clean and well-equipped. the host, Keta, is kind and always available. the location is perfect for those who travel by train and want to visit the Cinque Terre and Portovenere.
I felt special, no complaints whatsoever.
